Dear Valued Customer,
We know these are worrying times for everyone with the risk of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), particularly in going to work, eating out and generally socialising with friends and family.
Thankfully no one at the Ginza team has been directly affected by the Covid-19.
To ensure this remains the case, and to protect you – our customers, our employees, friends and families from any risk, we have made the difficult decision to close the restaurant temporarily from Monday 16th March 2020 for a period of approximately 2 months.
We will inevitably suffer a loss of business revenue during this period, and so it is not a decision we could make easily. However we feel that it is our duty to proactively respond and take action to support the community and our staff in the best possible way.
It is our regret that all bookings made during the 2 month period from Monday 16th March 2020 will be cancelled. Any deposits will be refunded without hesitation.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused but we hope you can understand these are unprecedented times where your welfare and our staff are of utmost importance. We hope we have not lost your trust by taking such action.
